Recipe: 

 

Tzatziki

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups of strained yogurt
  • 1 medium sized cucumber
  • 4 cloves of Garlic.
  • salt

Preparation:

  1. Skin the cucumber.
  2. Grate the skinned cucumber.
  3. Make sure you drain the grated cucumber thoroughly so that your tzatziki will not be watery.
  4. After you have drained the grated cucumber add some salt.
  5. Crush the garlic and add it to the grated cucumber.  You may add more crushed garlic cloves if you like.
  6. Add the strained yogurt, mix thoroughly.

Serves: 4-6 people
